Hi, we're MB and Ashwanth.
We are the co-founders of Gradient, and a husband-and-wife team. We started Gradient while getting our MBA degrees at Harvard.
We kept seeing the same thing from two sides. Hiring was getting harder as AI reshaped how candidates apply and how work gets done. And AI fluency was clearly becoming a core skill, with no good way to measure it or help people build it.
We are bringing together what we learned on both sides of that problem, from leading recruiting at Bain to working on learning tools at Codecademy, to help teams understand where their AI fluency stands and move up the slope to better outcomes.
